SNU스마일센터를 위한 공간 디자인 프로젝트입니다. 공간 내 인구 밀도를 분산시키기 위해, 하나의 로비가 아닌 여러 군데에 대기실을 배치하여, 적당한 거리를 유지하면서 쾌적하고 답답하지 않은 환경을 조성하고자 했습니다. 또한, 한강과 남산타워의 탁 트인 전망을 활용해, 방문객들이 병원에 대한 긴장감을 덜고 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 라운지 공간을 마련했습니다. 한 공간 안에 다양한 재료들의 향연이 펼쳐질 수 있도록 계획하면서, 피부에 직접 닿는 부분에는 인조 가죽과 같은 촉각적 재료를 사용해 공간에 풍부함을 더했습니다. 또한, 기능적이고 효율적인 공간 활용을 고려하여 설계하였습니다.

This project is the spatial design for the SNU Smile Center.

To reduce crowd density within the space, multiple waiting areas were created instead of a single lobby, ensuring an environment that maintains appropriate distance while being comfortable and not feeling cramped. Additionally, taking advantage of the open views of the Han River and Namsan Tower, a lounge space was designed where visitors can relax and ease their anxiety about the hospital.

The design incorporates a variety of materials to create a rich and dynamic space, with tactile materials like faux leather used in areas that come into direct contact with the skin, adding depth to the space. The design also focuses on functional and efficient space utilization.
